Sinus Lift
Your surgeon will cut the gum tissue, the tissue is raised, exposing the bone. A small window is opened to push up your sinus. Closing the window your surgeon places bone, and a membrane to be able to place your implant. Why you might need a sinus lift? If teeth have been missing for a long time, led to bone loss, which sometimes makes the maxillary sinus lower to the gum line.
